Terms of Use

This is a game, not a promise. Scores, brand tiles, rankings, and visual “rewards” are for entertainment. They have no cash value and do not create any right to a prize, payment, employment, partnership, endorsement, or other benefit unless we separately confirm that in writing.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, entering the game, or using MyGroupScore, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be old enough to consent to online services where you live; if you are not, use it only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. Entertainment only

MyGroupScore is a casual social 2048-style game. It is not financial, legal, employment, psychological, medical, or professional advice. The game does not measure real-world worth, ability, popularity, status, or performance. Do not rely on it to make decisions about yourself or anyone else.

3. No guaranteed rewards or sponsorship

Any labels such as “reward,” “drop,” “prize,” “team,” or “brand” are gameplay language unless we publish separate written promotion rules that clearly state eligibility, dates, prize details, odds (where required), sponsor, and applicable terms. We may change, pause, or remove game features, scores, ranks, and visual rewards at any time.

4. Brands and third-party links

Brand names, logos, and links may be shown for identification, illustrative gameplay, or user navigation. Unless we expressly say otherwise, this does not mean a brand sponsors, endorses, operates, or is affiliated with MyGroupScore. Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Your player profile and conduct

You are responsible for your display name, public link, and activity. Do not post unlawful, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, or harassing content; impersonate another person; manipulate scores; interfere with the service; scrape or reverse engineer it; or use the game to target, shame, or harm anyone. We may remove public content, reset scores, suspend access, or report abuse where appropriate.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit, but give us a limited permission to host, display, reproduce, and use your display name, public link, and game activity solely to operate, promote, secure, and improve MyGroupScore. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free scores, permanent availability, or that the service will meet every expectation. We may change or discontinue any part of it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyGroupScore and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, reputation, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and contact
